Can I come just for coffee?

Absolutely! :) This place is for everybody. You can find our hot drinks menu here.

Do you offer walk-ins?

Yes, our artists are happy to take custom walk-in requests, depending on their availability that day. Feel free to drop us a message, send a WhatsApp, or call us at 07564 689 358 to check the day’s availability. We look forward to hearing from you!

Tattoo deposits

Once your tattoo idea is confirmed, we'll need to collect a deposit via bank transfer to finalise your appointment and secure your spot. We’ll send you a custom payment link, making it easy to click and pay!

Please note that we can’t hold your date without a deposit, so have this ready when you make your inquiry.

Deposits are typically £100 for custom work and go towards the final cost of your tattoo. They are not an additional expense! For example, if your tattoo costs £500, you pay £100 upfront and the remaining £400 on the day.

Please be aware that the deposit may be forfeited in the following cases:

• If you cancel your appointment at any time.

• If you reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice.

• If you reschedule for a second time.

• If you are more than 30 minutes late.

• If you change your custom idea.

How long are day appointments?

Day sessions are usually from 11am-5pm, but can run a little over or under!

Can I see my design before my appointment?

Unfortunately we can't do this due to a bunch of copyright issues and other factors. However, on the day of your appointment, we'll have all the ideas and design prepared and drawn up for you. You'll have plenty of time to review and make any changes or adjustments until you're completely satisfied!

How do I prepare for my tattoo?

On the day of your appointment, please make sure to have a good meal beforehand to keep your blood sugar levels steady. Bringing along some sweets or a can of Coca-Cola can also be a good idea. For clothing, choose something loose and soft in the area you’ll be tattooed. If we’re working on a spot where removing your clothes might be uncomfortable, consider bringing a couple of clothing options. For example, a button-up shirt worn backward can work well for the back, and side-tie bikinis are great for the hips. If you have any special requests or needs to make your tattooing experience better, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Can I bring a friend/parent/partner to my appointment?

Sure! People are welcome to wait in the coffee hangout area if you want someone to drop you off/ pick you up before/after your appointment, but we don’t allow plus ones in the actual studio for a number of reasons.

ID requirement

We require customers to provide a valid ID for age verification.

Reschedule policy

You are able to reschedule your appointment one time and you need to give at least 48 hours notice. If you reschedule more than once or outside of the 48 hour notice period, this will result in a loss of deposit and you will be required to leave a new one if you wish to keep your appointment.

Late policy

If you are running late to your appointment - please call the shop on 07564 689 358 and let the barista know. If you are 30 minutes late or more it may result in a cancellation and loss of deposit. We are located in a busy spot during high season and it is highly recommended you leave with the expectation of hitting traffic. We do not have designated parking but there is planty of metered parking close by in the area :). Please plan accordingly.

Minors in the shop

In the UK, it’s against the law to tattoo anyone under 18, even with a guardian’s signature. However, we warmly welcome minors in our cafe and outdoor seating area, as long as they're accompanied by an adult. Please note that while you’re getting tattooed, your child cannot be left alone in the cafe and they’re not allowed in the tattoo area, even with an adult. We appreciate your understanding!

Hands / face / neck tattoos

Not every artist in our shop works on these placements, and apprentices aren't able to do them either. To ensure you’re paired with the right artist, please give us a call or fill out a tattoo request form online. Additionally, we don’t offer free touch-ups for the hands or face, as we can't guarantee their longevity.
